She has a blog and recently her article was published. Thus, here is the article. A must-read. To explain Dori is, in itself a feat. She’s rather amazing, unusual. Dori has been on Broadway and spent the late 70s and early 80s hanging w/people such as Tim Curry, was the first “Frank N. Furter” in a the first cast (people) to perform below the movie screen @ the midnight show showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and was in the music biz and made an album. She’s a brilliant artist and a cancer survivor, a mother and a person I’m honored to call a friend.
A brilliant guy I had the pleasure to work with at Manhattan Theatre Source. He entertained me regularly with his sense of humor. Then, a week or so later, his brilliant writing amazed me. Check it out! It is a surprise this man is not published.
I’ve spoken of my wonderful “Mozz” before . . . I just adore this guy! A brilliant playwright, loving person and one of my best friends in the world. To know Mozz is to adore him. Come see his plays and visualize his incredibly great play THOROUGHLY STUPID THINGS (the continuing story of The Importance of Being Earnest) being on Broadway! I will be in the Broadway touring cast, of course!
